The climate crisis is overwhelming and terrifying. A problem on a scale beyond our individual ability to take in. An issue so complex that decades of work globally have made hardly a dent.
There is no single easy answer. But here is the experiment: What if everyone just had to do their own bit?

Climate Hero YOUR WAY is a research project and an experiment! It is a community challenge that uses innerwork skills and the magic trick of focus to find your deepest ground for hope and sustainable action.

This 6 hour online course, first offered March 2025, helps you find your focus so you can unleash your inner marketer, overcome self-doubt and intimidation and make your difference, while staying close to your deepest self.
It is designed for therapists, coaches, facilitators, alternative health practitioners, authors, trainers, and educators who want to grow their practice and make a bigger impact without losing touch with their deepest selves.
- If you’ve tried other kinds of marketing training but felt frustrated and like something was missing, this class is for you.
- If you’ve tried getting the word out there in social media but you feel burnt out, exhausted by the constant hustle, and disconnected from your original purpose, this class is for you.
No prior marketing or processwork knowledge is needed, but all levels of experience are welcome.
Grow your Practice (2024)
Grow your Practice: Business Development for Processworkers delivered a structured process for growing your practice with the support to follow through and make a level shift.
This course focused on understanding what steps to take to grow your practice and why; how to feel confident, resourced and empowered to use effective marketing strategies; and how to grow your practice by staying close to your deepest self.
It included of five online classes available live or on demand, with exercises and assignments to help you put the concepts into practice, supported by follow up group coaching sessions to troubleshoot implementation issues, plus 6 months access to the Marketing Lab.

Marketing Lab (2024)
The Marketing Research & Practice Lab provided ongoing support over a year for practitioners and authors seeking to unleash their inner marketer, implement effective marketing strategies to make their impact, grow their practice, and get their message across.
The Marketing Lab included monthly topic presentations, discussion, and time for coaching hotseats, plus bonus group coaching sessions and a private online community space for Q&A and group interactions throughout the month.
Unleash Your Inner Marketer (2023)
The first ever Unleash your Inner Marketer online course was delivered May-June 2023 and offered the opportunity to learn effective marketing strategies to grow your practice as a coach, therapist, facilitator, organizational consultant or social activist and make a bigger impact. It gave participants marketing and Processwork tools to supercharge communication while staying close to our deepest self. The course included Intensive training May 2-19, five Live Online Classes with Recordings and Action Resources, plus a month of follow up Group Coaching sessions to help you implement what you’ve learnt: June 10, 16, 30.
